What did you notice? The visuals? The hierarchy? Showing one thing at a time with lots of breathing room? Was their address in the header? haha I kid, I kid.

Apple is following one of my favorite design techniques of low visual complexity (showing one important thing at a time). It's a clean & modern design with no clutter and you know exactly what they're trying to say.
