When a customer places an order for a dropship-eligible Stuller product, the order is transmitted to Stuller via API. Stuller fulfills the order and ships directly to the customer. Tracking information syncs back to the order in SiteManager. ### **How It Works** 1. A customer purchases a Stuller product on the retailer's website. 2. The order is automatically submitted to Stuller through a direct API connection. 3. Stuller picks, packs, and ships the order directly to the customer. 4. Shipping and tracking details sync back to the corresponding order in SiteManager. No manual re-entry or intervention is required. From the customer's perspective, the purchase and fulfillment experience is identical to any other order placed on the retailer's site. ### **Requirements** - An active Punchmark website subscription. - A Stuller account configured for dropshipping (see [How to Locate the Stuller Ship-To Account Number](https://help.punchmark.com/knowledge/wiki/spaces/punchmark/pages/3241377793?hsLang=en)) - Stuller account credentials and account number, provided to your Punchmark account manager. Punchmark handles the technical integration and configuration on the platform side once credentials are received. ### **What the Retailer Needs to Do** 1. Create the appropriate account type on Stuller's platform. Refer to the Stuller-provided guides nested under this article for step-by-step instructions. 2. Provide your Stuller credentials and account number to your Punchmark account manager. 3. Punchmark completes the integration setup. No further action is needed from the retailer. ### **Order Handling** Dropship orders appear in SiteManager alongside standard orders. The order record will reflect that fulfillment is handled by Stuller. Tracking information is updated automatically once Stuller ships the order. Returns, exchanges, and order issues for dropshipped products should be coordinated with your Punchmark account manager. ### **Product Catalog** With dropshipping enabled, retailers gain access to Stuller's catalog of products — including bridal, fashion jewelry, findings, and mountings — as sellable inventory on their website.
