# Dashboard

In the main menu, click **Home \> Dashboard** to access your dashboard. Here, you find summary information in several sections within the main panel. Learn more about each section below.

## Open Tickets

A short list of recent tickets is shown here. Click the **View all tickets** link to navigate to the Tickets page.

## Weekly Website Statistics

Total Page View: This is the number of times a page has been viewed this week. It also shows the count of Unique Visitors, which is the number of different visitors to your website.

Item views: This is the number of products viewed.

Sales: This is the number of successful checkouts on your website.

All Inquiries: The number of submissions that are not a sale. This includes Item inquiries, Appointments, and Customer Messages.

## Mobile Page Speed Score

This is how fast your website loads on mobile devices as measured by [PageSpeed Insights](https://pagespeed.web.dev/). This is one of the data points that Google uses to rank your website.

## Internal Search Analytics

These show the search terms that are being entered into your websites search bar if you have one on your website. Specific date ranges can be applied.

## Monthly Sales

This is a chart monthly sales. 

## Latest Livestream

Click the link to watch the most recent educational content from Punchmark.

## Opportunities

These are the potential sales opportunities that have taken place on your website in the past week, including Wish List Adds, Item Inquiries, Appointments, Registrations, Subscriptions, and Keyword Searches.

## Traffic Sources

This is a break down of where your traffic is coming from, including Desktop, Tablet, and Mobile.
