ERD (Engagement Ring Designer) Data Requirements

Here are the fields required for the Punchmark Engagement Ring Designer feature. Data can be in CSV or JSON format, and be pushed or pulled via FTP or API.

REQUIRED FIELDS:

• style number (unique for each item)

• base SKU (if there are variations)

• jewelry type (engagement ring)

• 3 image files (3/4, straight, side)

• 1 video file (mp4 format)

• item title

• cost

• is ring setting (must be Y)

• metal type

• available ring sizes

• center diamond included (must be N)

• shape range (round, princess, emerald, asscher, marquise, oval, radiant, pear, cushion, heart, baguette, straight baguette, trillion, ideal square)

• minimum carat weight (e.g. 0.00)

• maximum carat weight (e.g. 5.00)

• setting type: (antique, bypass, halo, multi row, pave, side stone, single row, solitaire, three stone)

ADDITIONAL DIAMOND INFORMATION: (if there are side-stones)

• common diamond shape

• common diamond color

• common diamond clarity

• common diamond cut

• total diamond carat weight

• total diamond count

ADDITIONAL GEMSTONE INFORMATION: (if there are other gemstones)

• gemstone type
