Projects

You may receive inquiries from any visitor who submits a Start a Project form on your website. Here is an example of that form:

You can have a simple form or a visual form that integrates with the styling on your website. Send a message to Punchmark support and request the “Start a Project” feature.

You view and respond to these messages on the Projects page. In the main menu, click Commerce > Projects to display your message center. 

In this page, you can view, manage, and respond to messages  that visitors submit for a Custom Project. Click the small icon in the upper-left corner to reveal the menu. Select a folder name to display messages in that folder.
