In the Vendor Portal, we refer to jewelry retailers who have subscribed to a vendor’s product catalogue as “Subscribers”. This is to help differentiate Retailers, who have a jewelry website with Punchmark, from Subscribers, who are clients of the Vendor in question.
In the Subscribers table, there are 5 different tabs that will display that status of your subscriber base.
Jewelry retailers who have been approved to carry your products on their website.
Jewelry retailers who have request access to your product catalogue. Take action and either approve or deny their request appropriately.
Vendors can opt to Pre-Approve a list of jewelry retailers who already cary your products in their store. After, when a retailer requests to subscribe, they will be auto-approved.
Jewelry retailers who have requested access to your product data and been denied.
Jewelry retailers who have been approved to carry your products and have unsubscribed and no longer carry your products.
Any Demo websites that have subscribed to your products will appear grayed out.
