How do I add apple pay?

Is there a monthly fee like Authorize .net?

There is no monthly fee for our new checkout system

What's my per-transaction processing fee?

Ranges from 2.9% + .30 per txn to 3.5% + .80 per txn, depending on what features you are using.

Will the transition to Stripe be seamless?

Yes. We suggest you run a few test transactions with small-ish dollar amounts. This helps with approvals, as immediate, large transactions may not be authorized due to something called an MID Warming process.

Can I switch back to Authorize .net?

Yes. You can to this in SiteManager > E-commerce Settings > Stripe section under "Advanced Stripe Settings." If you have any questions, reach out to customerservice@punchmark.com. If your previous gateway wasn't Authorize .net, let us know in that email.

Will my funds be accessible immediately?

For compliance reasons, new accounts have funds initially withheld for 7-14 days. From that point forward, your funds will be available shortly after capture and closing (0-2 days). Your account setup will walk you through the scheduling of automatic transfers to your bank account.

Will Stripe Help me File Sales Tax?

"Stripe Tax Complete" offers tax registrations, calculations, collections, and filings, and is priced as a monthly subscription with a 1-year contract

Does Punchmark Take a % of the transaction?

Punchmark generally receives between 0 and 1/2 of a percent, depending on your service plan level. Our lowest service plan may incur a higher per-transaction fee.

How do I process a refund? Do I have to log into Stripe?

Yes. In Stripe. Your SiteManager Order Details page has multiple links directly to the order in Stripe for easy access to refunding and any other functionality in the Stripe Dashboard. Follow the instructions in this Knowledge Base article.

How is Fraud Handled?

For standard credit card payments, you have access to ClearSale and Eye4Fraud as Punchmark's long-standing, trusted fraud protection providers. For other types of payments, the level of protection varies. Paypal and Amazon Pay have some levels of fraud protection built in.

If I move to Stripe from Authorize .net , can I still capture my old Authorize .net transactions once they're shipped?

Yes. Old Authorize .net transactions will still capture using your Aurthorize .net credentials.
